How many days you can bear yourself without bath and shaved? 1, 2, 3 ……….. 7 days or 1, 2, 3 ……. 7 months but 36 …. 36 mean neither days nor months; is it 36 years? Have you ever thought to pass your life 36 years without bath and shaved? Can you imagine it? But in the world, always there are some exceptions and Kailash Singh Kallu is one of them.

Kailash Singh Kallu has lived Uttar Pradesh village located 20 kilometers from Varanasi city, India. He got seven daughters but he wants a son. His neighbors said for getting a son, he has not taken bath and shaved for last 36 years! He is following it as ‘ritual’ for only a son.

But the 65-year-old Kallu claimed, he maintains that as he sworn to make sure the welfare of the state. He said “I am doing this to do away with the problems of the country.” But villager Ramnath told a different story. He said “Kallu has not been taking bath for the last 36 years as he was advised to do so by a Baba so that he can have a son.” After that, kallu’s has not bath since 1973.

Rukmini, the wife of Kallu, is not satisfied with his unnatural behavior. She said “I am his wife so I have to live with him but most of the villagers have stopped coming to our house.” In stead of traditional bath, now he has got a ‘fire bath’. He said “The fire bath clears me off all ailments and filthiness.” Every evening, kallu stands by a bonfire to pray to god. Father of seventh unmarried daughters’ works in his merely one-acre land to get a living.

What we see usually girl loves to play with doll and boys with gun but may be the phenomenon is changing as an 11-year-old girl was detained to thereat her 7-year-old younger sister with gun, not fake gun with actual gun of her grandmother.

The accused girl was threatened her sister with .38-caliber pistol to force and play with her. The incident was happened their grandmother’s residence on Monday. Police reported the young girl also pointed the gun at her grandmother. She surrendered the weapon after her grandma made some particular demands for that. However, the gun wasn’t loaded though police says the kid didn’t know it.

According to police report, the two sisters argued and the elder one then retrieved the weapon from their grandma’s bedroom. The girl was sent a juvenile detention centre. She was charged with both domestic assault and brandishing a gun.
